Your Rights as An Affected Individual

You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details provided by our data protection officer:
  • Information about your data stored by us and its processing (art. 15 GDPR),
  • Correction of incorrect personal data (art. 16 GDPR),
  • Deletion of your data stored by us (art. 17 GDPR),
  • Restriction of data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (art. 18 GDPR),
  • Objection to the processing of your date by us (art. 21 GDPR) and
  • Data portability, provided that you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us (art. 20 GDPR)
If you have given us consent, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future. You may at any time submit a complaint to a supervisory authority, e.g. the competent supervisory authority in the federal state of your residence or the authority responsible for us as the responsible body. General

Personal data will only be collected and processed, if you transmitted those on your own accord. We will treat the data confidential and in accordance to legal frameworks only for the reason as to which it was collected. We will not give data to others, and your data is secured in a way that makes unauthorized access unlikely. The security measures are checked regularly and changed to match the state of the art. All our members are commited on data secrecy.

Cookies

We currently use one Cookie. A cookie is a file placed on the user pc by which the user can (if it was not intermittently deleted) identified on a follow-up-visit. The Data typically consists of information on the visited webpage and is intended to simplify navigation and improve the user experience. In this case the cookie contains data on the preferred language of the user. The Cookie expires automatically after one year.

Contacting

Nature and purpose of processing

The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a valid ways of contact and your name. This serves the assignment of the request and the subsequent response. The specification of further data is optional.

Legal Basis

The Processing of the data entered in contact forms is executed on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6 §1 lit. f GDPR). By providing means of contact we want to simplify communication. The data entered will be saved in order to process the request and for possible follow-up-requests. If you contact us in order to ask for requests relating to business the data will be processed in order to fulfill pre-contractual agreements (art. 6 §1 lit. b GDPR).

Recipients:

Recipients of data may be order processors.

Storage Time:

Data will be erased no later than 6 months after processing. If a contractual relation arises, rules of the Handelsgesetzbuch (German Commercial Code) will be applied and data will be erased after the corresponding periods of time.

Necessary Provision of data:

The Provision of personal data is voluntary. We may however only be able to process your request if you provide your name, contact data and reason for request.

Usage of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)

Type and Purpose of Processing:

In order to display our content correctly and in a graphically appealing manner across all browsers, we use „Google Web Fonts“ der Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; in the following „Google“) in order to render fonts. The legal basis for the integration of Google Webfonts and the associated data transfer to Google is your consent (art. 6 §1 lit. a GDPR).

Recipient:

Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes – that the operator collects Google data in this case.

Storage Duration of Personal data Pertaining to Google Webfonts:

We do not collect any personal data through the integration of Google Web Fonts.

When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which pages you are visiting.
